This Parent Portal is managed by Kick Start Active Life (KSAL), a coaching and after-school club provider working with local schools in the UK.

When you register an account or sign up your child to a club, we collect the following data:

• Parent email address
• Child’s name, school, class, year group, and date of birth
• Club selections
• Medical and emergency contact info (optional)

3. Why We Collect It

We collect this data in order to:

• Manage club registrations
• Contact you in case of emergency
• Track attendance and club capacity
• Comply with school safeguarding policies

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your information is stored securely in a protected database (Firebase) and is only accessible by KSAL staff for club administration purposes. We do not share your data with any third parties.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
